Bill, by accepting this position, you are obligated to create drama in the work environment. If this means you have to do some boarder line HR/Legal actions, go right ahead. Just get the job done.

I'm pretty sure that anyone who bothers to watch a video of Bill O'Reilly online, is only doing so to watch his lies, or get a taste of what it is to be in a system of evil. I would of liked it for him to say "Yeah, I remember that. Woah! I had a bad day that day!".

Taking the high road just isn't an option for Bill I guess.
